  • Age Requirement
    Renters must be at least 21 years old.
  • Insurance Requirement
    Renters must provide proof of active personal auto insurance. An insurance ID card must be presented before the rental begins to ensure proper coverage extends to the rental vehicle.
  • Driver’s License
    A valid, government-issued driver’s license is required for all renters and any additional drivers. We reserve the right to verify license status and review driving records. Rentals may be declined based on driving history or inability to verify required information.
  • What are the Fees?
    We believe in complete transparency. We will never add surprise fees to your total. However, our standard fees will apply: Washington State Sales Tax: 8.8% Card Processing Fee: 3% (applies to all debit and credit card transactions) No Additional or Surprise Fees: The price you see is the price you pay—no hidden charges.
  • When will my deposit be refunded?
    Deposits are refunded after the vehicle is returned, minus any incidental charges such as fuel, excess mileage, tolls, unpaid citations, insurance deductibles, rental extensions, or other fees outlined in the rental agreement.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards through a secure payment system.
  • Are deposits higher for luxury vehicles?
    Yes. For luxury vehicles, the deposit ranges from $500 to $1,000.
  • Is a security deposit required?
    Yes. A $250 deposit is required before confirming your rental. This will be charged to your card and refunded after the vehicle is returned, minus any applicable charges.
  • Can I add another driver to my rental?
    Yes. Additional drivers can be added for $25 per day, provided they meet the same rental requirements as the primary driver.
  • How do business rentals work?
    Businesses must add the rental vehicle to their policy and provide proof of coverage, including comprehensive and collision protection for the vehicle and any property damages.
  • Does the rental damage protection cover all damages?
    No. This coverage only applies to damages to the rental vehicle in collision events. Damages to other vehicles or property are covered by your personal liability insurance.
  • Do you offer additional rental car damage protection?
    Yes. We offer an optional add-on that provides additional protection for the rental vehicle in the event of a collision. This coverage is secondary, meaning your personal insurance applies first.
  • Do I need personal auto insurance to rent a vehicle?
    Yes. All renters must have an active policy with at least the state’s minimum liability coverage on their personal vehicle.
  • What if my insurance deductible is high?
    If your personal insurance deductible is over $2,500, you are required to purchase our rental car collision damage protection.
  • What happens if I go over the mileage limit?
    Additional miles are charged at $0.50 - $1.00 per mile (depending on vehicle. Luxury vehicles retain higher mileage costs)
  • How many miles are included with my rental?
    Each rental includes 150 miles per day.
  • Can I take the vehicle out of the country?
    No. International rentals are not permitted.
  • Do you offer one-way rentals?
    No. One-way rentals are not available at this time.
  • What if I’m late for my reservation?
    If you do not arrive within 1 hour of the reserved time, your reservation may be canceled without a refund.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancel more than 72 hours before pickup: No cancellation fee. Cancel within 72 hours of pickup: A fee of 25% of the reservation total applies.
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    Yes! We proudly offer a 10% discount for military personnel. Contact us directly for the coupon code. Discounts are periodically offered via our social media platforms. Don't miss out - follow us on Instagram & Facebook.
  • Do you offer custom pickup locations?
    Not at this time.
  • Where can I pick up and return the vehicle?
    We offer 2 locations for pickup and return, including our headquarters located just 12 minutes North of the Portland Airport (PDX), free of charge. Portland Airport (PDX) deliveries include $80 fee.
  • Do I need to refuel or recharge the vehicle before returning it?
    Yes. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel or charge level as when picked up.
  • What happens if I forget to refuel or recharge?
    A fee equal to twice the local cost of fuel or electricity will be charged if the vehicle is not returned with the appropriate level.
  • Can I pick up or drop off a vehicle after business hours?
    After-hours rentals are available for a nominal fee.
  • What are your regular business hours?
    We’re open Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Can I return the vehicle early?
    Yes, early returns are accepted. However, rental fees will be adjusted according to the original rental agreement.
  • Is roadside assistance included?
    Yes, we offer 24/7 roadside assistance for all rentals. If you need help, simply contact our support team anytime during your rental period.
  • Do you provide child seats?
    Yes. Child seats are available as an add-on during the reservation process.
